Minister of State with Special Responsibility for the Circular Economy and Fine Gal TD for Mayo, Alan Dillon, is taking on the challenge to tackle food waste and the amount of food wasted across the country.
He is launching a public consultation on this as he believes when food is wasted, so too are the land, water, energy and other resources used to produce it.
