Former US congressman Bruce Morrison and West Wing Report's Paul Brandus joined Ivan to react to US President Donald Trump's announcement that he will declare a national emergency in order to get the funds he needs to build the Border Wall.

Congressman Morrison pointed out that he's doing all he can to keep his promise to his base, even though people shouldn't forget that he also promised his base that Mexico would pay.
