On Friday, we will be asked to vote on whether or not to change Article 41.3 of the Constitution, which refers to divorce.

We will be asked to vote on two changes — one relating to how long a couple must live apart before getting a divorce, and the other on how the Irish State recognises foreign divorces.

Ivan had two guests in studio, one who will be voting in support of the proposal, and one voting against.

Family law solicitor and chair of the Child and Family Law Committee of the Law Society, Keith Walsh will be voting YES, and Nick Park of Evangelical Alliance Ireland will be voting No.
