Frustrations over mandatory hotel quarantine

Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly announced a “pause” on hotel bookings for quarantining on a precautionary basis, in order to ramp up capacity in the system.

He confirmed yesterday evening that no bookings in mandatory hotel quarantine will be available until next Monday.

CEO of IBEC Danny McCoy and Tonie Walsh, who is an archivist and writer currently living in Turkey, joined Kieran on The Hard Shoulder to share the respective concerns and frustrations.
