Enoch Burke returned to Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath today as the new school year got underway. It is understood Mr Burke entered the school building and set up in a corridor. He is is locked in ongoing legal proceedings against the school after he was dismissed following alleged gross misconduct.
