Actor Colin Farrell is marking a significant birth of his close  friend Emma Fogarty 

Emma is Ireland’s longest-surviving person with epidermolysis bullosa or (EB), and has survived cancer twice and is celebrating her “miracle” 40th birthday. Colin in her honour, will be running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon in October with the aim of raising €400k for Debra, the charity for epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
