Mayo footballer Aidan O'Shea joined Kieran fresh off their Connacht title win, and as they set their sights on rivals Dublin in the All Ireland Semi Final.

They spoke about the team changes this season, training apart during the pandemic, and the pressures of social media.

He also shared his story of a watery mishap during a sea swim in lockdown, when Pair Mobile came to the rescue after he damaged his phone.
