Rent prices in Cork have reached new heights, as a Daft.ie survey has recently revealed that the average rent in the city now costs €2,000 a month.

This is a worrying statistic, especially for the new academic year - with many students still struggling to seek accommodation in the midst of Ireland’s housing crisis.
