Niall Breslin - better known as Bressie, to many of us - has a new podcast on Spotify that amalgamates his love of sport and his advocacy for mental health. 

‘Marathon Mind’ launches on Spotify today, where four people will run the Marathon next November, with the help of Bressie and others to focus on the mind over the body.
