Union leaders want the planned 2% public sector pay rise to go ahead in October, despite concerns over the state of the country’s finances post-lockdown.  

Neil McDonnell, CEO of the small and medium business group ISME and Brendan Ogle, senior officer with "Unite" trade union, discussed the various issues facing both the public and private sector.
