We have had the Government rolling out the ‘Living With Covid 19’ plan, and trying to get a coherent message across to the public.

At the same time, we’ve had reports of backlash at the weekly Fianna Fail meeting from backbenchers at the performance of the party and Taoiseach Micheal Martin.

What effect is this having the Government’s ability to govern?
