An ESRI study has shown that half of cancer patients feel a diagnosis negatively impacts upon their career.

Females, younger workers, the self-employed and those working in the public sector were more likely to report a negative impact.

Helen Russell co-authored the report, and Anne Marie Davy had cancer surgery in 2018 before returning to work.  They joined Sinead on Tuesday's edition of The Hard Shoulder to discuss.
