Families could be forced to abandon their second car if farming carbon emission targets cannot be agreed, the Irish government have warned. Green party leader Eamon Ryan has said agriculture cannot opt out of the Climate Action Plan, where farmers were told to reduce emissions by between 22% and 30% by 2030. Henry McKean is in Edenderry for us now, an agricultural town.
