Dubliners could get a chance to decide whether or not they want a directly elected mayor in 2024. Limerick voted for it in 2019 but Cork and Waterford turned it down. Henry McKean met people on Henry Street in Dublin and asked does the capital need a directly elected Lord Mayor like London and would it change anything?
