During lockdown, some of us have struggled to maintain our friendships, or we may have realised that we don’t actually have that many friends to start with. But just how important are friendships to our health? 

Tom Dunne was joined by Robin Dunbar is Professor of Evolutionary Psychology at the University of Oxford, the author of “Friends: Understanding the Power of our Most Important Relationships”.
