The Abu Dhabi Special Olympics is drawing to a close this evening on World Down Syndrome Day, Team Ireland have bagged 86 medals (30 Gold, 29 Silver and 27 Bronze) Henry McKean is in the desert for us and sent us his final report. He met athletes who won in golf, swimming, football and horse riding. Henry started by chatting to Irish teenager Kate Grant the world 's first fashion model with Down Syndrome who is fulfilling her dreams.
