Next February at the Brits,  separate male and female categories have been scrapped by the organisers and they will be replaced by gender-neutral awards in an attempt to make the 2022 music prizes more inclusive. Do you welcome this, especially for artists who see themselves as non binary?  Is it depriving people an opportunity to win if it's just one award and in sport will men have an unfair advantage?
