New EU figures show that seven in 10 Irish people are living in homes classified as "under-occupied" - or bigger than their actual needs. Should be taken to encourage older people living in under-occupied houses to move to smaller homes? Ciara chats to Orla Hegarty, Architect and Assistant Professor at the School of Architecture in UCD and hears from listeners
