A protest made up of trade unions, major housing and homeless agencies, women’s groups, political parties took to the streets of Dublin as part of the ‘Raise the Roof Campaign’ in order to highlight the housing crisis. In other news, according to new figures by Savills Ireland, around 24 hotels are expected to be developed in Dublin in the next two years. Green Party Councillor and former Lord Mayor of Dublin Hazel Chu reacted to the predictions.
