It hasn’t been great being an Irish football fan in recent weeks. Not only did we suffer a shock defeat to Luxembourg on Saturday, but it is the tenth defeat in a row for the Irish soccer team.  

Is it time that we considered merging the football teams of Northern Ireland and the Republic?
