There are many people over 66 who are still in work. Those who lost jobs because of the pandemic are entitled to the state pension but not the Pandemic Unemployment Payment, which is at a higher rate.

Many elderly people feel it is unfair that they have worked their whole lives, while a younger person who has worked part-time for a couple of months is entitled to more money.

Doreen joins us to give her story.
