The lives of newborn babies could be at risk due to overcrowding at the Rotunda Hospital. The master of the Maternity Hospital Fergal Malone has issued a warning over a ‘crisis’ at the hospital, that it is “only a matter of time” before more newborn babies are injured or die as a result of the overcrowding “crisis” in the hospital.
