Today Clare McKenna spoke with Philip Nolan an opinion columnist with Irish Daily Mail and Roisín Davis who is a researcher for the Hard Shoulder on Newstalk. Philip has been isolating since the lockdown began and was nervous when returning to normal life because he is diabetic.
