The appeal to Save Dublin Zoo has raised A 'mindblowing' €1 million in less than 12 hours. The zoo is estimating its losses in potential revenue for the year are around €8.2m.
That is an astonishing amount of money raised in such a short time, in a time when we have a homeless crisis, a Mental Health crisis, could the money be better spent?
