An Irish woman whose boss repeatedly shouted abuse at her in a “strong Irish accent” has been awarded more than £23,000 after an employment tribunal found she had been racially harassed.

The Irish Government estimates that around 70 million people of Irish heritage live outside Ireland. From quips in movies and tv shows, to profiling at work, this seems to be happening everywhere.
