Dublin found to be the 17th most congested city in the world

Dubliners are spending an average of eight days 21 hours a year sitting in traffic. That is according to the latest traffic index from TomTom - which covers 416 cities across 57 countries on six continents. It found the capital to be the 17th most congested city in the world. It said Dublin was 48% congested on average last year - an increase of 3% from 2018.  Also featuring on the list was Cork in the 75th position and Limerick 118th.
