A listener got in touch with the show this week about Food Poisoning. His parents had eaten at a certain restaurant and had become ill the following day with food poisoning. He was outraged and was concerned for his elderly parents. To help answer questions, Dr Linda Gordon chief specialist in Food Science at Safe Food joined Andrea on Lunchtime Live.
