The news that Aer Lingus is to permanently close its cabin crew base in Shannon Airport came as a real blow to the Clare town and the West of Ireland. Newstalk reporter Siofra Mulqueen went to Shannon to speak to locals and businesses in the area about how this will impact them and the community.
