Former Councillor in Carlow, Walter Lacey joined Andrea on Lunchtime Live after two floats in St Patrick's Day Parade's in Mayo and Clare depicted the death of Peadar Doyle. Peadar Doyle died shortly before he was taken into a post office by two men to collect his pension in January.
