Today Jackie Fox handed a petition called ‘Coco’s Law’ has been handed to the Dail. The Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Bill, is named after 21-year-old Nicole Fox Fenlon known affectionately to her mum as Coco. Nicole died by suicide in 2018 following a period of online abuse.
