Should we build homes on reclaimed land in Dublin Bay?

The President of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland, David Browne, said homes for 150,000 people could be constructed on reclaimed land around Sandymount Strand and the Tolka Estuary.

So is this a good idea to infill land to provide more space for homes to be built, is this an option to resolve the housing crisis or is it a misguided and environmentally foolish idea?  Listeners let Ciara know their thoughts.
