Yesterday on the show we spoke to some of our listeners about the huge backlog they were facing in assessment of need waiting lists, which has meant that some children are waiting for years for a disability assessment. Without an assessment of need, young children can be left in limbo and unable to access supports such as therapies and a psychologist. We were so inundated with callers and texters that we wanted to return to the issue. Andrea hears from listeners
