According to business group, ‘Dublin Can Be Heaven’ wealthier shoppers are being deterred from returning to Dublin’s city centre by the Council’s clampdown on cars. 

Mary Costello, of accessories shop Costelloe + Costelloe on Chatham Street, Martin Deniau, of Monte-Cristo antiques and collectibles shop in the Powerscourt Centre and Green Party Councillor in Dublin’s South Inner City Michael Pidgeon chatted to Adrian Kennedy.
