It's International Record Store Day. Record Store Day celebrates the unique culture of
independently owned record shops across Ireland and the world. Record shops nationwide have found the pandemic difficult with the regular date of Record Store Day being delayed since April. But lockdown has helped people young and old rediscover vinyl. Sales are up 300% in recent years. To get inside the sleeve we sent Henry McKean browsing through record shops and Mark Cagney opens up about his superstar DJ years.
