Debra Stevens is one such person and she has just written - 'Stand Out: Five Skills to Enhance your Career' - which aims to show you how to build your ‘human’ skills in business, such as empathy, listening and storytelling.

Debra is also the the founder of 'Dramatic Training Solutions', a specialist soft skills training company - she joined Bobby to discuss.
