John Glackin is best known for this role as the government-appointed inspector in the Johnston, Mooney, and O’Brien and Telecom Eireann saga which led to the ground-breaking reports of 1992 and 1993 from his memoir, 'A Glackin Report: My Life in Luck and Law', takes its title.
