Coffee culture has well and truly taken hold in Ireland over the past decade, with a huge increase in the number of coffee shops popping up all over the country.

Coffee and cafes are something Bobby is no stranger to, but what about the beans that go into making that great cup of coffee?

We wanted to find out more, so for our Industry Review this week we have invited three coffee roasters in to studio to chat about their business.
