We have a proud tradition of farming here in Ireland but along with that comes another essential part of the equation of getting the finest cuts to our dinner tables - butchers.

Hugh Maguire Jr, MD of The Smokin Butcher in Ashbourne, Co Meath

Sean Kelly, Owner of Kelly’s Butchers, in Newport, Co Mayo

Rick Higgins, Master Butcher from Higgins Butchers in Sutton Cross, Co Dublin
