Economists can often be labeled pessimistic, and yet they would counter that they are being realistic.

With that in mind, in last weekend’s Sunday Times, Cormac Lucey dared to use the word "recession" in his weekly column so Bobby thought he'd find out just what the prognosis is for the Irish economy in the coming months.
