More than 90,000 people in Ireland are waiting for an initial physio appointment. Over 27,000 people have been waiting more than a year. 

If you're in pain and waiting months to see a physio, what should you do in the meantime? For advice on this was Chartered Physiotherapist Lowry O'Mahony, owner of MaxPhysio and Pilates.
