Every year, the Royal Institute of Architecture Ireland (RIAI), Simon Open Door campaign gives homeowners the chance to sit down with a Registered Architect for expert advice, while the donation goes directly to the Simon Communities of Ireland to support people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.  

Now in its 22nd year, the initiative has raised almost €1.5 million and continues to grow. Dermot Bannon joined Claire in studio to chat about this year’s initiative.
