Hillary Clinton has cancelled a campaign trip to California while she recovers from pneumonia, according to a campaign official.
The diagnosis emerged yesterday after the Democratic presidential candidate stumbled while leaving a ceremony to mark 15 years since the 9/11 terror attacks in New York.
Mrs Clinton's doctor said she was put on antibiotics and advised to rest following the diagnosis on Friday, but added the politician was "recovering nicely".

The Independent Alliance TD warned in an interview this weekend that he would "rain hell" on Leinster House if extra heart services could not be provided to his local hospital in Waterford.

Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for witnesses after a taxi driver was stabbed during a car jacking in Swords over the weekend.
The driver was attacked after he picked up two male passengers at the Airside Retail Park on Saturday morning.
Both suspects drove off in the taxi, a 10-D registered grey Ford Mondeo, and it was later found burnt out near Bellewstown in Meath.
