In the UK, MPs will hear why their Prime Minister believes Britain should remain in the European Union when he speaks in the House of Commons this afternoon.
David Cameron was dealt a major blow yesterday after Boris Johnson said he will campaign to leave the union.
Boris Johnson says he does not believe David Cameron's renegotiation has delivered fundamental change for the country.
It is a blow for the British Prime Minister.
Mr Johnson says the last thing he wanted was to go against his party:
"What I won't do is take part in loads of TV debates against other members of my party.
I was told what the Prime Minister had to say this morning about not sharing platforms with George Galloway and other individuals, and I won't do that either."
