The search is underway to find the best Irish workplaces for gay, bisexual and transgender staff.
Companies employing a total of over 500,000 are involved in Ireland's first Workplace Equality Index.
It will also give a framework for employers to tackle issues like harassment and homophobic bullying.

It comes as almost 30% of gay and bisexual staff say they have been harassed at work.
While 10% say they have quit a job because of discrimination.
