Despite Ireland’s absence from the World Cup, pubs across the country endeavour to capitalise on match nights offering drink deals to entice customers.
However one enterprising venue in Galway may be regretting their decision to reduce the price of Erdinger every time Germany got one in the back of the net.
Staff at the Roisín Dubh were more than a little run off their feet following the Germans 7-1 defeat against Brazil as punters availed of the low cost of Erdinger at 50c a pint.
