The Taoiseach says it's up to Mr Justice Nial Fennelly to decide when to publish the interim report into the resignation of Former Garda Commission Martin Callinan.
It's after the conclusion of Ian Bailey's High Court case cleared the way for the release of the report.
Mr Justice Fennelly was appointed last year to investigate the taping of phone calls at Garda stations across the country and the events leading up to Martin Callinan's departure.
It's understood the draft report will be sent to interviewees before publication.
