After a win in Indiana and the departure of his main rival Ted Cruz, Donald Trump's victory speech on Tuesday night was seen as a huge moment in his campaign.
Now the presumptive GOP nominee after Cruz stated that he was suspending his campaign, Trump turned his focus to November's general election, and once again stated that he was going to make America great again.
During his speech, he hit on the main talking points of his campaign to date, including border controls and trade deals, and said that "We have to know how to win, and we haven't won. We've been losing all the time."
Trump promised that with him in charge, "we're going to start winning again, and we're going to win bigly, believe me".
The gaffe was widely talked about on social media, as tweeters highlighted that 'bigly' is not in fact a real word.

On Tuesday night, RNC chairman Reince Priebus declared Mr Trump the party's "presumptive nominee" on Twitter given the departure of Cruz, and urged Republican voters to "unite and focus on defeating Hillary Clinton".

While Ohio Governor John Kasich is still in the campaign, he issued a statement saying he will remain in the race unless a candidate locks up the nomination before the convention in July.
Speaking on Fox News, Donald Trump stated that Ted Cruz had been a "very tough competitor", and that he would no longer refer to him as "lyin' Ted" as he had suspended his campaign.

Shifting his attention to November, Trump highlighted that he would be questioning Hillary Clinton's record on a number of issues, and would borrow a line from Bernie Sanders in stating that she "suffers from poor judgement".
