In case you're unfamiliar with the works of the YouTube page Bad Lip Reading, the concept is very simple: they take some video footage and dub over what was actually said with a ridiculous lip reading of what they think was said. 

The results are almost always absurd and hilarious, so in the wake of the Republican debate that took place in early August, they turned their attention to everything the candidates had to say...or more accurately didn't have to say. 

The topics covered are a little bit different to the ones raised in the real debate, and instead focus on Donald Trump's tuna melt and Chris Christie's love of regular potatoes, before each of the candidates brings the debate to a close by singing a short song.
