Police trying to identify a baby abandoned on a New York subway station platform have released video of a woman pushing the child in a stroller.
In the footage, an African-American woman - seemingly in her 20s or 30s - is seen walking with the child through Manhattan's Columbus Circle station shortly after noon on Monday.
Shortly afterwards, she pushed the child off a northbound No 1 train and then got back on the train, police said.
The baby is believed to be six to seven months old.
She was examined at Roosevelt Hospital and police say there were no apparent signs of trauma.
Police tweeted a photo of the baby girl with the plea: "Help us ID this child".

The infant will be placed in the custody of New York's Administration for Children's Services until her identity can be established, local reports said.
