Urban Outfitters has once again come under fire for selling products with a controversial design.
The US retailers have been criticised for selling a tapestry that bears a strong resemblance to the pyjamas given to prisoners in Nazi concentration camps, even containing an pink triangle, which was used to identify gay prisoners.
Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director of the Anti-Defamation League, condemned the retailer:
"Whether intentional or not, this gray and white striped pattern and pink triangle combination is deeply offensive and should not be mainstreamed into popular culture."
The offending item has since been removed from the Urban Outfitters website.
